The Radio 1 Breakfast Show DJ has curated a compilation album - titled The Nixtape - for release on September 22.
"I’m so excited to release an album of all my favourite songs and I can’t wait for everyone to hear it," Grimshaw said of the release.
An accompanying television advert to support the release will air in September and sees Grimshaw DJ-ing at a house party, before getting involved in the festivities.
The Nixtape will include a wide range of tracks from the worlds of house, hip-hop and drum and bass, spread across two discs.
Calvin Harris, Disclosure, Route 94, Clean Bandit and The Prodigy are among some of the acts who will feature on the compilation.
The compilation has been inspired by Grimshaw’s weekly BBC Radio 1 Breakfast Show segment of the same name on Friday mornings, where listeners call in with dance records to be included in a mixtape.
The Nixtape will be released through Island Records and is available to pre-order now.

"Believe it or not, this morning I woke up before my alarm went off at 5:30am and I just had this sensation that I was actually getting up to do my dream job. I was dancing around in my kitchen thinking: ‘I am so lucky, I am so lucky.’ I never thought I’d get to do this."
Happy Birthday, Sunshine!
